Professor, Y.P.Pistun, Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Head of the “Institute of Energy Audit and Registration of Energy Carriers” presented during the International Conference in St Petersburg programme complex “CAD “RASKHOD-RU".  

“CAD “RASKHOD-RU” makes accounting and design of differential pressure flowmeters automatic, checks all necessary conditions (restrictions) for application of variable pressure drop method, simplifies introduction of new intrastate standards GOST 8.586.1,2,3,4,5-2005 and their further application. 

As it was stated by Mr.Pistun: Nowadays Russia and other CIS countries adopt new intrastate standard GOST 8.586.1,2,3,4,5-2005, this standard is much better then the previous, it eliminates series of errors, increases accounting accuracy and spares energy resources.

Though the standard as such is very complex, there are a lot of issues connected with introduction of the standard. There are also a lot of problems. “Institute of Energy Audit and Registration of Energy Carriers” has developed and proposes to use programme complex “CAD “RASKHOD-RU" in order to introduce this standard.  Programme is interactive, it can be used to recheck conditions for standards of the metering units, calculate linear zones, perform new calculation of the flowmeters and estimate flowmeters’ errors etc. If organization has such a programme, it can introduce the standard quickly.  Programme complex arouse great interest.  

Members of the conference could get acquainted with demo version of the programme, and carry out calculations for accounting meters of their enterprises.
